The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back.   The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

A beautifully detailed antique, vintage map from the year 1874, of an aerial view over the City of Newark, New Jersey. This wonderfully nostalgic piece of history is from the Public Domain, published by Parsons & Atwater. Below the map is a list of prominent public buildings, churches and landmarks of the area at the end of the 19th Century. This reproduction map has been restored and converted to cool blue.

I'm a travel photographer and photo artist. My images have been shot here, there and everywhere, mainly in the historic cities of Europe and with the occasional one taken in my own surroundings...
